There are numerous ways to combat and ease abdominal pain during menstruation that don’t involve medication, though. The best remedy for period discomfort is relaxation. Relaxation can be a powerful way to gain peace of mind and ease menstrual fatigue. Women now choose to create their own oasis either by going to a spa, taking a mini-sabbatical, binging on their favorite ice-cream, or even enjoying some well needed alone time. Intense stress can worsen the cramping women feel during their period, that’s why it is wise just to take it easy and relax your mind and body; we all know you deserve it!
