Exchange Policy

Please note that due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns for cash or credit card refund. Unworn and unwashed products may be replaced if there is an issue with fit or style.

 

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original delivery date of your order. If you need to exchange an item, please email exchange@rubylove.com with your name, contact number, and order number, and details for the exchange. Please allow 30 days for your replacement to be processed and shipped. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the first item back to Ruby Love, and the replacement will be sent out free of charge. Items MUST be unused and unwashed to be eligible for exchange/replacement. We do not restock and resell.

 

Ruby Love is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage/tracking when shipping items back for exchange.

 

If there is an error with your order, please email exchange@rubylove.com and we will send out the correct item(s) as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

We only offer full refunds (including shipping cost) if the incorrect product was shipped to you. Please email our customer support team at support@rubylove.com if you experience this issue so we can see how we can help!

Cancellation Policy

Ruby Love accepts cancellations that are made within three hours of ordering. After this time, the order is out of the queue and can no longer be adjusted for any reason. If you cancel within the three hour time frame, you will receive a credit to your account within 5-7 business days.
