Exchange Policy

Hygiene is a top priority at Ruby Love – for our customers and our associates.  As a result, we do not accept returns.   We realize that you may need to change sizing.  For these instances, we do accept exchanges if an item has NOT been worn or washed.  We do not restock or resell items when returned.  We do offer store credit if any refund is required.  

Unworn and unwashed products may be replaced if there is an issue with fit or style. 

We ask that exchanges are made within 30 days of the original delivery date of your order.

Allow 30 days for your replacement to be processed and shipped. Change this line to say -- Allow for 3-5 days from the receipt of your returned item for Ruby Love to process your exchange.. 

Please note, customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the first item back to Ruby Love; however, the replacement will be sent out free of charge. Items MUST be unused and unwashed to be eligible for exchange/replacement.

Ruby Love is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage/tracking when shipping items back for exchange.

To get your items as soon as possible, Ruby Love processes your order soon after it is confirmed. As a result, order cancellations are not possible.  We recommend using our exchange process.
